• The company has the right at any time and for any reason:
  • To cancel a tour prior to the date of departure and if it does so, its liability shall be limited to refunding the money paid by the client after deducting reservation expenses of various services
  • To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion or facility it has advertised or published or to substitute a hotel of similar class it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either cases the company shall not be liable for any damage, additional expenses or consequential loss suffered by the clients
• No person other than the company, in writing has the authority to vary, add, amplify or wave any description, representation, term or condition set forth in this brochure
• In the event of the company exercising its rights to amend or alter any tour or holiday advertised in their brochure after such tour or holiday has been booked the client shall have the right:
  • To continue with the tour or holiday as amended or altered.
  • To accept any alternative tour or holiday which the company may offer. In neither of these cases shall the company be liable to the client for any damage, additional expense or consequential loss suffered by him.
• The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him for:
  • Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, increased expenses, consequential loss or any misadventure howsoever caused
  • Any act, omission, default of any hotelier, carrier or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused. In this condition the expression "Howsoever caused" includes negligence on the part of any person.
• No liability on the part of the company arising in any way out of his contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour holiday, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expenses whatsoever.


• We strongly recommend, in your interest that you insure yourself and your personal effects, from our local insurance company.


• The prices quoted in this brochure are in INR or equivalent in foreign currency (local currency) of the country / countries being visited. The company reserves the right to amend these prices in case of currency fluctuation and changes in various rates of exchange and or fuel cost before the departure and to surcharge accordingly. All such increase in price must be paid for in full.
• All claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tours operated. They can claim maximum up to the tour cost or whatever amount paid for the particular tour, and further they cannot claim or sue.


• The company is no way be liable for cancellation of tour to particular destination / entire trip due to unforeseen circumstances like natural calamity, bandh/ hartal/ curfew, communal riots or whatsoever. "Whatsoever" here means any reason/ instance happening beyond the control of the company. On such instances the company shall be liable to refund the amount after deducting the incidental expenditure.

Our company is acting as booking agents for the overseas agent and are travel and holiday organisers only. The information given in the brochure is as accurate as we can make it. Our brochure descriptions are of amenities normally available. However circumstances can change due to events beyond our control. Major roads work may necessitate route changes. Where we know of these sufficiently in advance we will notify you. Otherwise our tour escorts will inform you of the changes on the spot route changes could also be necessitated due to heavy rains. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel transport or any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of an independent contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.

• All cancellations (where permitted) are subject to service (processing) charge in addition to cancellation fee specified on individual customer's invoice (charged by ticketing airline).
• Cancellation or refund process may take 6-8 weeks.

In addition to the fare for your journey, you must pay any taxes, fees and charges imposed on us by Government or other authority, including the operator of an airport for which we are obliged to collect from you or pay in respect of you and your flight. When you make your reservation we will tell you about any taxes, fees and charges not included in the fare and they will normally be shown separately on the flight confirmation document and/or receipt. Details of these are explained:

• Passenger Service Charge: this is a charge established and levied by the airport authorities for passenger facilities and services provided. For example: Terminal concourses, security, toilets etc
• Fuel Surcharge: BMI has introduced a fuel surcharge on all tickets issued after 08 June 2004 to reflect the continuing rise in worldwide oil prices.
• Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply with some fare types. Some reservations on restrictive fares cannot be changed. Penalties on Hotel/ Holiday Packages may vary based on tour type/ sesonality.
